Re-purpose a touchscreen

I've have a touchscreen for a couple of years now, I previously used it on an old PC I re-purposed as a jukebox.

So... any suggestions what I can use this guy for?

Depending on size and resolution, you could use it as:

1) The interface for that car PC you've been wanting to build.

2) Dedicated kitchen network display/interface for recipes/meal planner/Internet/TV/jukebox. It would sure make following a YouTube recipe video a lot easier.

3) Workshop IT display/interface, to display project plans, Google Sketchup models, etc.

4) Controller for home automation project.
