Really Good 5 gallon Cider Press

Anyone have a recommendation for a really good cider or fruit press in the 5 gallon range? Or any good tips on DIY kits?

This is definitely a do it yourself item, as almost all built ones start at 20gallons http://www.brouwland.com/en/ is where you get those. if you only want to do 5 gal... then i suggest your best bet is really the 5 gallon bucket based kits... you'll never produce enough pressure to break them.
