What is the best digital motion sensing camera for wildlife?

I used to have several motion sensing camera to capture wildlife, and they worked great -- except they used film. Now a whole new generation has evolved with digital gear. You can get nite infrared sensing, and many other features. Can someone with some experience using these for capturing wildlife make a recommendation for a good inexpensive set up? What brand and model?
