I&#8217;ve used Yamaha NS-10s for many years and Meyer HD-1s in many studios (which were the first pro self-powered monitors). For my home studio I use the ROKIT 6 Studio Monitors. They are excellent, transparent, self-powered monitors and they give me a sense of pro sound in my home studio.
