{"id":13726,"date":"2014-01-02T02:00:42","date_gmt":"2014-01-02T09:00:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kk.org\/cooltools\/?p=13726"},"modified":"2013-12-06T09:54:18","modified_gmt":"2013-12-06T16:54:18","slug":"rockabye-baby","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tkdev.kk.org\/cooltools\/rockabye-baby\/","title":{"rendered":"Rockabye Baby!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;What\u203d You let your baby listen to Metallica\u203d&#8221; Indeed I do\u2026 albeit lullaby renditions of &#8220;Enter Sandman&#8221; and &#8220;Fade to Black.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Rockabye Baby series consists of instrumental lullaby versions of a wide array of tracks, featuring artists\/groups including The Beatles, Nine Inch Nails, JayZ, Green Day, plus many others. The covers are generally very well-done (Queen and Journey are my personal favorites) and just as calming for our little one as any of the traditional standards.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s particularly great is that despite much repetition, this music doesn&#8217;t grate our nerves the way a lot of sing-songy children&#8217;s music does.
