I&#8217;m a regular mountain biker, and in Northern California, we have a ton of poison oak in the summer.<\/p>\n<p>I discovered Ivy Block which came out a few years ago, and haven&#8217;t had a problem since.  You apply it to your arms and legs **before** going out, sort of like putting on suntan lotion, and voila! &#8212; no poison oak.  Really works great.
