A bit of flour on the dough and I can start rolling. Usually I need to unzip the bag and dust a bit more flour on to make sure it doesn&#8217;t stick. Rolling out to the edges of the bag means my dough is perfectly measured to fit my pie plate. An added plus is I don&#8217;t end up dusting flour all over my kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>A con might be that the zipper pull sometimes interferes with the rolling pin, but this is a small quibble.
