The push method is why I bought it, since it lets you easily open the door if you have both hands full by pushing it with either your hip or whatever is in your hands. If I hadn&#8217;t already bought knobs for the rest of my house&#8217;s rooms before I heard of this knob, I would have gotten more. Carry enough things in your hands and the annoyance of having to put them down to open a door gets old.
