I used bigger plugs, but that only made the holes bigger. I wasn&#8217;t sure how to fix the problem, so the holder remained loose for a few years, much to the consternation of my wife and daughters.<\/p>\n<p>I stumbled across a product called <a href=\"http:\/\/geni.us\/IFR3ti&quot;\">Wetnfix<\/a>, designed to &#8220;secure wall plugs in problem surfaces.&#8221; I had my doubts it would work but I thought it would be worth a try.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28588\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.kk.org\/cooltools\/sites\/3\/2017\/03\/IMG_3944.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3944\" width=\"680\" height=\"706\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tkdev.kk.org\/cooltools\/files\/2017\/03\/IMG_3944.jpg 680w, https:\/\/tkdev.kk.org\/cooltools\/files\/2017\/03\/IMG_3944-289x300.jpg 289w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It comes with 20 cotton mesh discs treated with gypsum\u00a0plaster.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28589\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.kk.org\/cooltools\/sites\/3\/2017\/03\/IMG_3946.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3946\" width=\"680\" height=\"907\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tkdev.kk.org\/cooltools\/files\/2017\/03\/IMG_3946.jpg 680w, https:\/\/tkdev.kk.org\/cooltools\/files\/2017\/03\/IMG_3946-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I dipped a disc in a glass of water and wrapped it around a wall plug (not included). Actually, I used two discs per wall plug because the holes were so large.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28591\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.kk.org\/cooltools\/sites\/3\/2017\/03\/IMG_3948.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3948\" width=\"680\" height=\"510\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tkdev.kk.org\/cooltools\/files\/2017\/03\/IMG_3948.jpg 680w, https:\/\/tkdev.kk.org\/cooltools\/files\/2017\/03\/IMG_3948-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then I stuck the plugs in the hole and tapped them with a hammer until they were flush with the wall.
