Much of it I wished I had known earlier when our family was younger. There\u2019s a bunch of self-improvement advice out there, but not much on family-improvement, so this is highly recommended. \u2014 KK<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>T-handle plunger<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Hardly anyone makes luggage without wheels now. But for some crazy reason, most toilet plunger don\u2019t have T-shape handles. The T-shape top allows you to plunge sinks and toilets with greater force and control. Do yourself (and your wrists) a favor, get a plunger like the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/dp\/B0851T29PF?psc=1&amp;ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&amp;utm_campaign=Recomendo&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=Revue%20newsletter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Korky Telescoping T-Shaped Handle BeehiveMAX Universal Plunger<\/a>. \u2014 MF<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>A newsletter of offbeat research<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>One of my favorite newsletters is&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/arnicas.substack.com\/?utm_campaign=Recomendo&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=Revue%20newsletter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TITAA<\/a>&nbsp;(Things I Think Are Awesome) by Lynn Cherny, a data scientist consultant who sends out a monthly roundup of whatever she finds interesting in the fields of creative AI, generative art, science fiction, fantasy, games, folklore, poetry and more. It\u2019s weirdly fascinating and always inspiring. They consistently posts the most interesting science-y, curious, and educational stuff. (And no outrage!) It bills itself as \u201cAstronomy, astronautics, meteorology, physics. Engineer, trying to build the big picture of<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%23science&amp;src=hashtag_click&amp;utm_campaign=Recomendo&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=Revue%20newsletter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;#science<\/a>&nbsp;via selected &amp; curated pics, videos &amp; links,\u201d which it does spectacularly well. \u2014 KK<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>100 rules for living<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Dru Riley has put together a list of\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/druriley.com\/100-rules-2020?utm_campaign=Recomendo&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=Revue%20newsletter\" target=\"_blank\">100 useful rules<\/a>\u00a0for making life more rewarding. \u2014 MF<br><br>Samples:<br><br>\u201cRead and listen to whatever you\u2019re most interested in.\u201d \u2014 We get more out of what interests us. Find something that you enjoy reading instead of struggling through books.<br><br>\u201cIDK = No\u201d \u2014 If you\u2019re uncertain, the answer should probably be no.\u00a0<br><br>\u201cDon\u2019t make them think.\u201d \u2014 Make it obvious.<br><br>\u201cPrice affects risk.\u201d \u2014 If an experiment is cheap, just do it.
